ok i have tried pills stuff to stop biting my nail (its call TUM). and it had no effect on me and turned my nail yellow it be sick! i have no iddea what the hell to do very soon! plz help!!
Answers: the end time i tried to stop biting my nails, i bought a staple product called nutra pin. It helps your nail grow faster. when ever i caught myself biting i would grab the bottle and message it within. once my nails get longer now when i thank just about or catch myself getting primed to bite i automatically
massage them. i haven't bit contained by two years.
Go to the store and invest in two or three fastener clippers. Keep one in your pocket at adjectives times, keep the other(s) handy as a backup.
When you obtain the urge to bite the nail, in recent times pull out the clipper instead. Keep them trimmed short short biting.
You can often bring a pair of fitting nail clippers for below $2!
