This is not a few and far between complaint.
There is a minimally invasive surgical procedure that can treat this problem.
The problem is call hyperhydrosis (extreme sweatting), this is cause by excess movement within the autonomic diffident system and this can be suppressed by an injection into resolve root (not sure if this is the vertebrae of the collar or armpits). The injection is usually similar to botox and have the effect of stopping the uptight stimulation of the sweat glands on the palm of the hand. (Injection needed on both sides to treat both palms).
