I suffer near muscular dystrophy which I contracted while serving in Viet Nam from 8-14-68 to 9-3-69. I served in the 3rd Mar Div, Delta 1/4, D Company. I be not born near this disease, convey the gene nor is it dormant or autoimmune. Plus, not a soul contained by my inherited have it any. Doctors at Muscular Dystrophy Association hold proven this through a fsh examination, and hold let go that my condition is due to exposure to agent red. I hold be trying to gain service nouns for my condition ever since 1970. In the CFR of Title 38, subsection 3.307. it have nominated Atrophy-Progressive muscular. Now, wouldn't muscular dystrophy crash down into this category also?

There are some things you do not specify in your cross-question.
One be you in fact exposed to agent ginger and is here proof?
If you enjoy no proof of one exposed I would imagine that your likelihood of getting anything out of the management significantly unlikely.
Two which Muscular Dystrophy do you enjoy?
There are 30 or so Dystrophies some of those Dystrophies also own sub category. In frequent of these Dystrophies they can come to pass spontaneously. Are not from birth, no kith and kin history and some they do not know the gene that cause it. There are genetic test for some Dystophies but not adjectives.
Third you state your doctors hold proven you dont hold this from birth, take the gene, ETC... through an FSH TEST?
An FSH Test does not bestow any diffinitive diagnosis, excluding you dont hold that fussy Dystrophy. Being Facioscapulohumeral Dystrophy. This does not rule out other Dystrophies.
When diagnosing a Dystrophy save for those they own a blood question paper for( most are not detectable by a blood test) It requires alot of test including Blood test to rule out the ones that are detectable, EMG, Nerve conduction, MRI, and Muscle biopsies.
So if you would approaching to provide more information to clarify these points, an answer would be easier to provide.

Muscular Dystrophy is something you are born next to. You don't freshly develop it. It also have zilch to do beside Agent Orange. Spina Bifida however does.
