If your cough is productive (ie, breaking up congestion, rumbling) the worst piece you can do is eliminate/suppress it. A productive cough is your body's track of expelling the virus.
A dry cough can be suppressed near any over-the-counter tablets. Benalyn works resourcefully for my own flesh and blood. (And Buckley's!)
If it is basically a regular cough and not something medical you can freshly buy a pack of peppermints and pop one in your mouth when your start coughing. Works resembling a charm, uncomplicated to pass around, and hugely unproblematic on the wallet.
Vicks or Robitussin. if you own a respiratory weakness you may not be wanting to suppress your cough. i own a neice that have CF and patients next to that do not want to suppress their cough. thats what help their lungs stay strong and help them scrap infections. angelic luck and best wishes.
