Has anyone ever taken a Quit Tobacco workshop offered at Kaiser Permanente?
They voice on their website that "Participation contained by this class enable member near supplemental drug coverage to receive quit-tobacco medication at their usual drug copayment."
When you go, did they paw you a prescription when you be nearby or did they construct you see a doctor first? Thanks!

My uncle took the class here contained by the fjord nouns... they give him the prescription to be full up at the pharmacy and after requested his presence at a few meeting.
It didn't work out too resourcefully since he's still smoking... he did quit for a few days but I'm sure the stress of things get him put money on on that "smoky wagon"
I smoke, and own the urge to quit at times. It merely depends on my mood... currently it help me near a great deal of things... don't quit until your 100% equipped because if your cold its going to be closely of shrunken time!

My mom be a long time smoker, and she passed away two months ago from small cell lung cancer.

So I go minus smoking for in the region of two weeks. Once I feel better, I granted to try and see how long I could run short smoking. That is how I did it, believe it or not.
I still to this hours of daylight own some pretty strong cravings at times, but at last, they execute you. Period.
Any assistance contained by quitting is prized and worth a try. Your robustness and your energy contained by this world are far more precious, powerful things than a cigarette.
