Can the effects of big cholesterol shift away?

I was wondering... if your arteries own some plaque due to fat/cholesterol.... is it there for duration or once you start eating better and exercising does it flush out?

Thank You,
Adam

Answers:    First of adjectives, high cholesterol is not a bring of blocked arteries. cholesterol and fat take place very in arrears in the process of these plaque forming. It is more expected to a result of these blockages.
I don't believe that the plaque can be reduced. It maybe possible to allow the arteries to expand to counter these buildups. But thats another story.
What your doctor wont relay you about cholesterol can be found here., including a interconnect to the plaque buildup study.

of course in attendance is still a risk of arterial disease, it is hereditary... however your probability are lowered when you lower your cholesterol levels. Also, if you put away foods with antioxidants, similar to avocados, and fish, it tends to clear your system smoothly. research antioxidants, all will be revealed.
