He could also enjoy chafing from his shirt rubbing his nouns. It's happen to my husband past. Try using benadryl cream, or cortizone. Hope he feel better soon :)
The problem might be cause by anything he uses to shower near.It may also be the laundry soap,softener, dryer sheet,or bleach ,if used.Don't use bake on the nouns.I've hear that make it worse.I've hear aveeno is well-mannered.The oatmeal is supposed to be soothing.Using vaseline at dark might facilitate.
