It's 98% significant and it doesn't hurt (you can manipulate a pinch can't you?).
The injection itself does not hurt much (very very well tolerated).
It is prominent to memo, however, that this inoculation DOES NOT PROTECT AGAINST SEROGROUP B forms of this potentially fatal infection. This type of meningitis represents around 1/3 diagnosed full-size cases and more than 1/2 of infant cases.
