I was diagnosed as IHD concluding year. I had be on medication at that time. I was on GTN, Asprin, Isosorbite, Atenolol and Lovastatin. However, I have under turn 2 time stress ECG and finally my physician said is OK. I stop my medication after half year on it due to no more backache and the stress ECG didn't shows an obvious change. Now, the pain is coming vertebrae again but it is very mild and not sharp or daw. Just similar to been press for a while hard for 5 to 6 second next it goes smaller amount and less and afterwards disappear itself without any exploit. I am wondering, shall I go for another stress ECG again?
Answers: your heart is a muscle, it won't regenerate but other areas can compensate to a reliable point for the area that have the ischemia, but if you are having symptoms resembling pain you probably involve the meds even though your EKG didn't show changes, run see your doctor, you should not be having niggle
