Since those devices weren't available to my relations member who stuttered (probably wouldn't enjoy tried them if they were), my uncles and cousins who stuttered used the book "Self Therapy for the Stutterer" available in the Foundation's estore, at amazon.com, and in most public libraries. One uncle who go to a speech analyst found that she used it within her sessions. I'd put the few dollars into it plus the time and hard work to promote speech that method fairly than depend on a device that may not work for you or that with the sole purpose works while using it.
