this applies to what happens to me but it also say that people beside Raynauds have "attacks" contained by which affected areas of your skin usually turn white at first. Then, the areas habitually turn blue and feel cold and numb, and your sensory perception is dulled.
im not sure that i exactly hold these "attacks" but the symptoms sound extremely accurate
