I live in an Asian country and I've see 2 doctors already, but the quality of the condition care here is lately awful, so the problem is that I gained shipment lately and my belly got bigger but also I started have Acid reflux (also known as GERD) and seem like there's other air contained by my intestant or something, help pleeeeaaase!!

INFORMATION!!
I enjoy a very severe suitcase of Acid Reflux (G.E.R.D.). I have have to go to the hospital for some of the heartburn that I own had because the misery can become overwhelming or your breathing can be effected. It can be cause by Smoking, Drinking Beverages with caffeine (My case), Drinking Beverages beside Alcohol, or can be Hereditary
The good piece about G.E.R.D. is that it can be a stopgap thing and can be cured. It is never a warranty thing even if you winding up up with it for the rest of your energy it has the means to be cured.
G.E.R.D. is caused by too much sharp being created within your stomach. This can lead to or grounds ulcers, esophagus wreckage, heartburn and/or damage surrounded by the mouth. . Other symptoms that can be found in a few cases are dizziness, tingling contained by limbs, numbness of Limbs, Chest/Back cramp focused on the left side (in most cases), and shortness/difficulty breathing.
WHAT NOT TO DO!!
In most cases, stress is a factor to the reflux if you monitor what you eat and trim down some of the stress it will help. If you scrutinize what you eat for almost a week you should find relief, if you do not later that is when you absolutely what to listen to the doctor. Things to watch for are as follows:
Fatty Foods
Citrus Foods
Foods That Contain Grease
Fried Foods
Chocolate (including any Coco)
Caffeine
Smoking
Alcohol
Tomato Based Products
Lactose
Roughage (Berries and Nuts)
Onions
WHAT TO DO!!
The two foods that I recommend is Black strap Molasses and Raw honey. The apple is better for darkness time reflux while these will work for just give or take a few all of it. What you will do is lift about a tsp. of doesn`t matter what one you chose. Molasses being the better because of strength and nutrition, but must be use to the fancy. What the substance will do is stick to the sides of the esophagus and do two things, one is heal and the other is protect.
On the soothing end, both substances own a healing property within them, and as they sit on the walls of the esophagus they will heal it. This is also considerate if you have a sore throat contained by the morning from refluxing.
On the protection end, both substances are big in sugar and when tart that is refluxed comes up to that the sugar will neutralize it and it will not longer be a problem at that point.
I would also look to putting Cinnamon and Ginger within you diet, they have be know to help next to digestion and will help you dampen the amount of acid needed to brake down food, accordingly causing you to reflux smaller number.
I had like peas in a pod problem and it turned out that I had to hold my gallbladder removed and I still deal next to acid reflux.Try not ingestion fatty or fried foods,this will help some.
