Call the United Way's 1st Call For Help. They be an actual fountain of info for low cost and free vigour services during the Hurricane Rita disaster for me... I must hold referred 300 ethnic group to them. Just dial 2-1-1 and they will assist you. Texas does not own various low cost services, but 2-1-1 know where on earth to find them...
