Is it average for your lymph nodes to hurt when you squeeze them? Mine hurts. Some times I don't enjoy to touch them and they'll hurt too.
I first feel their presence 10 years ago and they come across to own grown bigger over the years. Especially very soon that I'm pregnant, they are even more swollen.
I did an ultrasound scan end year, but the doctors found no sign of any problem. They advise me that it could purely be an infection.
However, the swell and strain have be ongoing these ten years. Can the infection ultimate that long or am I suffering from some disease?

usually lymph nodes are not palpable ,but when they become voluminous it is a disease .
contained by your condition next to this long history i devise it is a chronic infection ,if it be a cancer i deliberate you should be departed very soon near no treatment beside that you said stinging lymph nodes which go near infection .
from my personal experience, i have lumps lower than my arms that be tight and seem to grow sometimes and shrink at other times. i have my doc to check and he said it be from clogged sweat glands. try using a different deodorant. it could be only clogged glands. my doc suggested that i use baking soda or infant powder instead of deodorant. possibly you could try a deodorant i.e. for sensitive skin or hpyoallergenic.
