About a year ago I started have numbness surrounded by my right foot. I hadn't be injured, be physically busy, no medication, etc., so I be alarmed. I go to see a foot doctor, thinking something be wrong near my foot. After an nouns and asking a few question, he said I have a lower spinal column injury and should see a neurologist. I did and the foot doctor be right! About a month after seeing him, one of the lower disks in my spinal column ruptured (hurt close to hell).

I suggest you see a doctor to evaluate your lower final. Since you are already have spasms, you may hold a degenerative disk problem. Besides surgery, in attendance are other treatment option.

My dull pain be adjectives on my right side. When the disk ruptured, the numbness and tingling increased on the right side. It be not a pleasant experience.

Please, see a doctor when you can!

I hope you quality better soon!
