Menthols are not worse for you than regulars but I can't see smoking things similar to arsenic and enjoy it.
I don't know why the menthol cigarettes are put into the spotlight, but the truth is that any cigarette filter contains fiberglass. Menthol or regular. If the cigarette have a filter, consequently it have fiberglass.
And I doubt that it will cut your throat. People own be smoking these for years.
