I enjoy food allergies, and take action, sometimes rather unsuccessfully, to a LOT of foods, as all right as like mad of airborne allergens. I whip Loratadine (Alavert, to be exact) every hours of darkness, but I be wondering if anyone know if it's okay to pocket something similar to a Benadryl if I hold an allergic hypersensitivity to something during the course of the time?

Be guarded beside drug interactions. It sounds to me close to your allergies are not below control. Read label attentively so that you avoid adjectives food allergens that pass you a problem. If you hold not be tested for your environmental allergens (the airborne ones) next see an allergist or immunologist. They can act a simple skin assessment to identify the offender and after counsel you on how to avoid exposure to your triggers. If you do indeed take action surrounded by your words "badly" later your allergist will prescribe an Epi-Pen to be used contained by allergic emergency. Loratadine (the generic nickname for Claratin) will NOT oblige near food allergy. The solitary point that works next to i.e. avoidance.
ask your doctor.
