Can someone near Fibromyalgia suffer from migraines one and only??

I know someone who have migraines recurrently but never suffers from ache or pains in the body. A doctor have "diagnosed" her beside Fibromyalgia. Is this possible to enjoy Fibromyalgia and one and only suffer from migraines and zilch else??
