What types of stuff should I eat? What can I own for breakfast, or what about snacks? I similar to to have yogurt for snacks but wouldnt that be doomed to failure because of sugar in it? Thanks for ur comfort

I like suger free oatmeal for breakfast. If i am out near friends Two pouched eggs over ham on whole wheat toast. Lunch I any will eat soup, salad or a sandwich by the side of whole wheat bread. The principal thing to see is your carb in rob. Nothing white but you can have in one piece wheat. Also no juice . My nutristionist have me following the following. Breakfast 25-30 carbs, Lunch 35-40 dinner 40-60 snack 15-20. Each is a gram. Also I must have 3 ounces of protien at respectively meal.
