I was only just around a family contestant who has be diagnosed with strep throat. I woke this morning next to a sore throat. I really want to try and knock this out right away. I have plenty of Cipro 500MG within my cabinet. Is it effective agianst the strep microbes?

You don't even know if it's strep. Find out first. Using unnessary antibiotics can be terrifically harmful and create resistant microbes in your body. Also, strep wishes a form of penicillin, like amoxicillin not ciproflaxacin, so it would not be especially effective anyways!
