For about the ultimate year to year to year and a half ive distinguish that if i dont eat for a while i start to shake. Its mostly traceable in my hand. Or if i eat something that have a lot of sugar surrounded by it i will start to shake. Some of my symtoms are:
Shaking
Not being competent to focus
Dizziness
Nausea (ive never vomited tho)
If i have something sugary surrounded by the morning Im not that hungry throught the rest of the day.
After i play sports that involve running or self active i shake
