sounds unnatural, but try using deodorant. i read an article just now that said it may be more efficient using deodorant (mentioned underarms and feet) at bedtime to allow the anti-perspirant to fully occupy into the skin up to that time your body heat rises during the warmth of daylight. for the sake of experiment you should try using it on your palms, although i other thought sweaty palms are cause by restlessness.
