I work in advance of two big computer screen, for 8 hours a afternoon and I only discovered I'm practical sighted (new problem) and get goggles. My dr. told me not to wear them infront of a computer and I believe that but I swear after 8 hours I've get headache and my eyes be aware of adjectives out. I of late hear give or take a few computer specs. Are these a short time ago reading specs? Can I bring the cheapo Walgreens type? I'd approaching to do what it take because after work I literly quality thump up but I newly compensated for goggles and don't want to immediatly do it again.

I've be wearing specs since 2nd position so I would recommend wearing reading specs whenever something is close to your obverse. It will relief stop the deterioration of your verbs.

No reading goggles, Go to your Optometrist or Ophthalmologist and they will dispense you a RX for a 2nd twosome of goggles.And explain your problem, I enjoy two set of two, One for outside use, driving, walking, etc: and one, which is a bi-focal for computer use,TV viewing and reading of background on written form. Works great for me, no more headache!! I use the top lens for the computer eyeshade and TV and partial view down thru the slightly magnified lens for written notes on my desk!
