They are nearly the size of small mosquito bites. They are mostly on my legs and torso, I enjoy notice a few on my forearms. They solitary slightly itch. Randomly spaced.

My dad other get strange red bumps on his arms and torso too, mostly after swimming. This is in actuality not so dying out, and it's call swimmer's itch. Does it begin to you when you are swimming in unconscious bodies of river too (springs, rivers, the deep,etc). It could be germs within the dampen, that's what did it to my dad.
Since the bumps didn't appear until more than 24 hours AFTER you have be surrounded by the hot tub it is probably doubtful that the two events are related. You don't utter how several in attendance are but it could be any number of things: chicken pox, chiggers, spider bites, lately to nickname a few. I would dance to your local kinfolk doctor to gain a firm diagnosis. Or query Web MD to see pictures of similar rashes/bumps. Or shift to the local library and budge through some medical books.
