please help me i hold severe knee spasm in my vanished knee and it have been going on for something like 4 years my symptoms are sharp stabing through out my whole knees and it some times goes to my ankle and heel. does anyone know what this could be. oh and i've see many docs (ortopiedics & family) and please don't speak about me about antiinflammitory drugs they don't help out at all. i've done research and i regard as it might be osteocondritis dissecans. if anyone can tell me if they know of anything that might be within diagnosis to my knee.
