Do I own insomnia?

I've had lots under my eyes...roughly since I was born. I can't appear to get to sleep earlier 11 pm. If I go to sleep before than eleven, I just story in bed trying to sleep and finale up getting up and walking around for a couple of hours, so it makes it worse. As a result of the 5-6 hours of sleep I receive daily, I'm yawning approaching every couple of minutes and I always dribble asleep on the train. Sounds like insomnia, but I lately want some opinons because I know it could be something else.

b. Postdormitional Insomnia - a overnight case in which a personality awakes very within the middle of the sleep and cannot get rear to sleep.

* Achy legs
* Shortness of breath
* Fever
* Skin Irritation

Other Causes of Insomnia :

* Stress
* Depression
* Worries
* Drinking coffee in excess
* Cola beverages, tea ,chocolate
* Drugs
* Alcohol up to that time going to sleep
* Indigestion - because of too much eating.
* Physical discomfort

Maybe you're on Predormitional type..so try the following treatments:

1. Don't regard about not human being able to crash down asleep this will only intensifies insomnia.
2. Think that you a within a nice and calm place similar to the beach.
3. Write down on a sheet of dissertation what is worrying you before going to sleep so that you can hold everything organized for the next daylight.
4. Try to go to bed and seize up at the same time every daylight.
5. Breathe deeply several times beforehand going to bed and if possible.
6. Have someone tender you a massage.
7. Drink partially a glass of milk or yogurt.
8. Turn your alarm clock away from you.
9. Exercise regularly, but never since going to sleep.
