I have a bacterial infection and hold been taking flagyl for 6 days presently... (supposed to take for 7), but near is still lots of discharge. The odor has decrease some......but Im getting aggravated with the problem. So is it possible that it may not budge away for a few days til after you have finished the treatment? My pap smear come back verbs and I have no other conditions or any STD'S.

Try to avoid antibacterial soaps, this can cause and aggravate this. Try to stick near sensitive soaps that are not antibacterial like Dove sensitive soap.
I have this problem too...What it is is the "bad" bacteria wipe out any "good" bacteria that cause the infection. Sometimes people stipulation to take the meds for a longer interval you to get the "good" bateria subsidise. You should go support to the dr. and let them know that you are still have problems and they can but you on something else..Maybe the flagyl which is an oral med isn't working. They can give you a vaginal cream that works.
