HELL NO... But George would do something similar to that wouldn't he. We adjectives hold are own argument on this, the bird flu pandemic does not look similar to it will break out any time soon. i suspect surrounded by give or take a few 5 years or so.
By defintion, a pandemic is a intercontinental event, so it would affect relatives contained by countries around the world. Currently, human infection by avian influenza (bird flu) is localized in Asia and the Middle East. So, which administration are you referring to?
