How do they know WHICH strain of influenza will happen earlier it happens? Is the WHO annually releasing this virus consequently crying that the 'epidemic' must be halted by selling 'flu shots'?

They look at how many populace have be getting sick with what strains and what is contemporary, etc and guess the best they can. The flu virus mutates easily, resembling colds, but unfortuneatly make us much sicker than the colds do. It would be almost impossible for them to engineer one and have it out in that faster or worse than nature already does.
