Need to scare kids from smoking "pot" surrounded by house. Mother says little or zilch. I am living there, but hold no say?

I don't know about where on earth you live, but if anyone were smoking "pot" within my house or on my property, in this state they would clutch away all my property. ALL of it!! We would be living within a cardboard box under a bridge and it is cold outdoors!
It is not lone an irritant to your nasal passages, it is endanger your job! Breathing that nouns will cause you to backfire any random drug trialling!
My daughter just get her neighbors evicted from their apartment as she has to wander through their weed smoke to get contained by her apartment. She is school bus driver and is tested weekly!
