Diabetes and Losing Weight, Does Anyone else hold a problem?

I'm a diabetic, Type 1 and I've have it for 34 years. I'm 36. I whip two shots a year. I enjoy never really be on a plan to lose cargo. I am 165 pounds and 4ft 11 but I'm solid as a rock.
