Everytime I guzzle spinach, my toungue get really numb and tingly, Is this an allergy?

It really only happen when the spinach are raw, if they cooked contained by something nothing happen so it's kinda weird

Answers:    It is possible. Does your tongue gain swollen and your throat feel itchy as ably? Like it's going to close? I'd be extra careful drinking it. Maybe get an allergy tryout.
It very powerfully might be an allergy, only mode to find out is to visit a doctor. You might be sensitive to massive amounts of iron in spinach as resourcefully. If nothing really discouraging happens, preserve eating it for immediately, but try to cook it.
