Will an x-ray show lung harmed from previous work as a open fry cook?

I previously wrote about a doctor who claimed that he saw huge amounts of smoke contained by my relative's x-rays. The doctor insisted that my relative smoked at least three pack of cigarettes a day. The doctor even showed me the x-rays and indeed it looked resembling smoke. This relative has lived near me a long time and I know he rarely if ever smokes, so I be surprised. I've been told since later by a medical engineer that it be not smoke that the doctor was seeing, but instead lung wound which has a smoky look. He say that cigarette smoke does not hang around surrounded by the lungs like it does contained by a room. So I am wondering if working for years as a deep fry cook could be what the doctor be probably seeing? I am upset because the doctor said he did not believe me when I said the relative rarely smokes.

Answers:    Doctors are similar to that!! They want to believe the worst of their patients!

Yes, standing over the fryer for years would have an effect on the lungs. Especially if breathing burning grease for years!

But next some people acquire lung problems from only one cigarette while others can smoke for most of their lives and it never is a problem for them.

I own pneumonia scars on my lungs which my direct past doctor declared be smoking caused. She is such an idiot I found out. Should hold her license pulled for stupidity!

Find a new doctor for your relative!! There are impossible doctors, mediocre doctors and good doctors. I haven't found any excellent ones, but do suppose they exist.

If the doctor doesn't believe you and your relative he won't treat your relative properly!!
Yes, it will show previous plunder done to lungs from this type of respiratory hazard which have been noted within long time restaurant workers. A doctor can also determine if a person is a smoker by looking at the overexploit done. BUT the medical engineer is correct. A doctor will NOT see cigarette smoke contained by the x-ray. He knows better than that, and I don't know why he arranged to tell you something so grossly incorrect and unprofessional. What he saw and called smoke be most likely lung destroy or a lung infection or both. That doctor did a great disservice to your relative and to you, and he needs to be reported to the AMA or hospital official as soon as possible. In telling people that he sees cigarette smoke, he is misdiagnosing individuals who might have greatly life threatening respiratory illnesses.

PS: The character who posted before me is correct also. Good post.
