Seriously: Cold never goes away. It go thru cycles, usually beginning near sore throat. I've thought it was allergies...it's be called chronic bronchitis. My doctor said I have strep throat & I took the full round of antibiotics; it got better but it a short time ago never really goes away. I quit smoking this week...
What is wrong near me? What more can I do? Most common symptoms are sore throat, coughing up phlegm, sneezing, runny antenna. Just when it seems resembling it's finally going away, it will repeat the cycle over again. I also get cold sores below my nose.
Answers: Maybe you are resting too much. Have you increased your distraction when feeling better? I suggest a power put your foot here and there. Stress your body, and this will cause a tremendous difference to your immunity. Although rest is great, too much will humidify your immunity. Are you depressed or uptight? Bad for immunity too!
