I found out today I hold an swelling and my Dr. told me that I hold to help yourself to medication for 6 weeks, and contained by those 6 weeks I enjoy to cut out adjectives caffine (chocolate included OMG) and fried foods, after the 6 weeks is over can I budge rear to drinking coffee and ingestion hurriedly food (in moderation of course)?
