i enjoy this manly friend who have a lump on his inner thigh (groin area) its the size of almost a thumb staple, and is purpleish within colour, it singular hurts him when he puts pressure on it. Hes really freaked out and say he might enjoy cancer, i didnt know what to right to be heard, so presently im trying to find information on what it might be to alleviate his mind till he can see a doctor (we live in a small town so its concrete to find an appointment) these are the things i believe it might be :

or what i believe to be the best answer is a swollen lymph node.
