Are here any one foods or vitamins that counteract dizziness?

I woke up this morning hunch especially dizzy and it is very soon going onto the lunch hour and I am still dizzy. I'm not pregnant, suffering from a hangover, and I'm not on any drugs. Anyone know of any food or vitamin specifically obedient to lift when you are dizzy? Serious answers solely please.
