What is the difference between venttricular hypertrophy due to exercise and due to congestive heart ruin?

Answers:    Exercise does not cause LVH (left ventricular hypertrophy). Poorly controlled elevated blood pressure over time causes the ventricle to become "thickened" or hypertrophic and sometimes stiff.

Congestive heart disappointment can occur as a result of LVH also. Since the not here ventricle is thickened and possible stiff, it doesn't relax approaching it should during diastole. This means it won't teem up with blood adjectives the way past pumping again and then fluid can stern up and cause heart breakdown.

Any condition where the heart is compromised as an powerful pump can result in heart disappointment.

Hope this helps.
