with what i thought be a sore on my gum.it is a white patch specifically alittle sore,have checked it out,the dentist call it a boney out growth(a piece of bone near a fine vein of skin over it),which give it the white colour.the dentist said that it may never be in motion away,but why is it sore?,can anyone please provide more info on this & conceivably the proper entitle for it,thank you.
