Answers:    There is no diet that can cure cancer, or affect its course in any passageway at all.

Trusting to a diet to cure cancer will ensure that you idle away precious time while your cancer gets worse.

Making an appeal similar to this leaves you vulnerable to unscrupulous inhabitants who will be only too pleased to cart your cash surrounded by exchange for ineffective treatments. It also means you will get hold of responses from kind, well-meaning but ill-informed family who know absolutely zilch about cancer.

Please don't rely on unproven methods; conventional treatment is not impeccable, but we know - because it has be rigourously tested and proven in double-blind clinical trials - that it save many lives and extends oodles, many others. No diet or other alternative method have been proven surrounded by this way.

I enjoy been lacto-vegetarian for most of my life and lacto-vegetarian for 12 years; I eat natural fruit and veg, I juice closely and avoid caffeine, I exercise and have never smoked. These are the sort of things society who claim diet prevents and cures cancer will recommend. Well, none of it stopped me getting grade 3 cancer, none of it cured me and I'm not relying on any of it to prevent comeback or metastasis.
Please do not mess around with unproven treatments.
With modern chemotherapy, bone marrow transplants, etc. Traditional prescription is doing a lot better near the treatment of leukemia than just a few years ago.

There are closely of people who will appropriate advantage of someone who is frightened and desperate.

If you do not close to your doctor, go to one of the highest centers- Sloan-Kettering in NY, MD Anderson contained by Texas, are two that come to mind. Anderson has branches within other cities- decisions are made by conference next to the main center. There are oodles good, reputable cancer centers who do a virtuous job. Research THEM, not diets, pills from China, etc.
Please. I would make available my Sister the same proposal. Please listen.
sorry to hear about your condition.
But friend, diet can solely help cancer, but it can't cure it completely.

When my mom have cancer the doctor said the biggest threat to her health be being underweight. He said the most noteworthy thing be to put some weight rear on and he recommended she eat rime cream because it's so calorie-dense.

I really think you should take care getting diet advice within your situation. Some foods and especially herbal "cures" could conflict with the medication your doctor is prescribing you.

Read as much more or less this as you can but make sure it's bureaucrat cancer society or or university's literature. There are so many charlatens and fake out there that regard as they know what they're talking give or take a few but they don't.

Listen to your doctor, eat all right and get lots of rest.
I am a leukemia merciful and have be for 3 years. I have investigated adjectives the convential treatments for aml and a lot of the treatments for the other types. I own also investigated most of the unconvential treatments proposed for leukemia.

There is no diet that will cure your leukemia and actually most of the proposed diets will waste you. You have NO immune system right in a minute and you need to be following a STRICT neutropenic diet and almost adjectives 'cure' diets promote fresh fruits and veggies and juicing. Those things will KILL you. Google neutropenia and neutropenic diet and read up on it if you dont already know.

Even if your doc doesnt agree and advises against it, PLEASE atleast speak to your doc give or take a few any unconvential treatments or methods you use.

The only accidental at a long term cure you really hold is a bone marrow transplant. I have also be through that.

I cant remember what its called but near is one propsed unconvential treatment that may have some quantifiable merrit. I am going to try to look for it and post later. It have to do with punch treatment but is less toxic than chemo or radiation.
My Father be diagnosed in November near ALL Leukemia. From there we hold done our own research as well as get information from the hospital itself. I would recommend talking to a neutriniest inside of your robustness care canal, especly if you are on another diet or have spefic dietary wishes (IE have diabetes).

What we be told for my Father was to use something call the Neutropenic Diet. That is the one that is as a rule used for after the bone marrow has be replaced, but lots of chemo patients use it as a precaution to keep out any extra microbes, or cross contamination of foods.

A few web sites does report you more information on the diet. I'm siting a few of them below in my sources. What we do is remember a few rules of thumbs. Always hang on to the list next to you when you go shopping, if you enjoy a question nearly a certain food DONT put away it until you ask someone, keep the diet register nearby when you're preparing food (for question with the chef), use fresh meat and cook them all the bearing through (no rare or environment rare), do not use tap marine (including city water) when using it for a drink or food additive - if you want to BOIL the water to a complicated boil for tree minutes, and lastly no fresh fruit or vegetable canned solely.

Also use the American Leukemia and lymphoma web site as a suggestion. You can request books from them on nutrient, fincial matters, family unit affairs, and even for information on your spefic type of Leukemia. They also keep a inventory of Local support groups where you can yak to other cancer patients and their families. If you will close to my alterative email is lotiola(a)aol.com, feel free to contact if you stipulation to.
