Mention it to your doctor. Sometimes if someone have protein in their urine they will put them on a low-protein diet. Pregnancy complicates it because you and the tot requirement the extra protein. This far along the tot is already formed and is of late adding up the final touches (like lung development). Generally, you receive adjectives the protein you obligation anyways through your diet. Unless it's extremely underprovided, or the dr recommend the shakes and bar, it's probably superfluous to consume them.
I know you're dr is probably monitoring it, but sometimes protein in the urine is a sign of preeclampsia. Make sure you save adjectives of your appointments so they can keep hold of an eye on you!
