Is this hypoglycemia?

Often after I eat something a few hours then I get shaky, hot, delicate. Normally happens if I own been intake certain foods high-ranking in sugar for a few days consequently the next morning if I don't eat second-hand goods I get close to that. Like the other day I have somewhere I had to move about so I made sure I ate a high cellulose cereal to keep me going but by 9 surrounded by the morning I was shaky and delicate. Any ideas. Also what is the treatment for it, are at hand meds. Also I am not diabetic.

Answers:    I'm hypo too...it seems approaching you are. There are no meds so the diet is key. Eat something every 2-3 hours..three meal with snacks surrounded by between. DO NOT eat sugary foods alone. It throws your blood sugar bad and will cause it to jump down quicker. Try to involve carb plus a protien in your meal. Carry little snacks with you. You can capture glucose tabs at walgeeens that are great to maintain in your purse. Fiber is moral at stablizing blood sugar too, just remember to be a foil for everything out. I also have a ultra mini one touch that I save in my purse for emergency purposes. Exercising is another item to do. There is a "Hypoglecimia for dummies" that has a ton of info and tips for hypos. Go to a bookstore and win it :0) Hope that helps!!
It sounds approaching it. Try staying away from sugary foods and try to keep your sugar level normal. If you perceive this way, get through some fruit or drink some fruit juice.
Eat smaller portions of food, over longer period of time.
