20 days near low order confusion, any doctors surrounded by the house?

I have have a fever for 20 days, bulky feeling on my chest, headache, abdominal cramps only contained by the morning. All of my blood work is normal, chest x-ray be done and it was also regular, EKG normal, Head CT middle-of-the-road, chest/abdomin/pelvis CT pending. My doctor said yesterday she have no idea what could be going on and that she have ordered every test she can mull over of. I should add that she tested for Mono, lupus, and lyme adjectives were refusal. She says my restlessness suggests an infection somewhere but blood work is all majority. She further stated that I might have a tumor or cancer somewhere. Please aid, do I need to be lenient with this doctor or find a second inference somewhere else. It has already be 20 days I dont know how much longer I can hold out.

Additional Details
they did a blood culture and at 1 day in attendance was no growth. I assume they blew it stale because I have hear nothing else going on for it.
My choice in doctors is fixed because I am in the military.

Answers:    include me to your contact. I will do my best to help you, seriously.
By the means of access if you're sick of my questions next research this under the title of "restlessness of Unknown origin -FUO" Once you obtain that read the part of "connective tissue disease". Once you attain that read under vasculitis, especially panarteritis nodosa. Autoimmune disorders are heritable (some of them), tell your doctor to walk after that diagnosis...by the way lupus may be adjectives but it's not the only one out in that
Sincerely,
Doc
Pursue the blood culture results anbd find what if there be growth at 3 days. Ask about lymph tissue biopsy.
