Answers:    Cysts are usually encapsulated, benign and slower growing than cancer.
Cancer cells duplicate and spread much quicker and it's usually a mass to some extent than encapsulated. Glioblastoma brain tumours grow like a cob net.
A tumour is an abnormal mass of tissue that can any be malignant or benign.
Swollen lymph nodes are usually caused by infection but they can become enlarged because of cancer contained by the area.
