I look at the max amount of sodium I can consume per light of day and the max # of calories and later look up hard to please foods that I approaching and that are undemanding to fix and work within combination near respectively other. Then I weigh and determine.
A typical breakfast for me is 1/4 cup of egg beaters (115 mg sodium), cut within 50 g of grape tomato (7 mg sodium), 50 g of fresh bella mushroom (2 mg sodium) and 50 g of white onion (2 mg sodium) and it fill me up and is singular worth almost 150 calories, nothing cholesterol, (non-stick jar beside calorie free spray). I necessarily put away that for a week because I'm cheap and next put together something else for the following week or I alternate between that and 1/2 cup chubby free plain yoghurt, 100 g cut up grapes or strawberries, 1 tsp of Flaxseeds, and a bit of artificial sweetner for going on for 100 calories.
Best entity is to start to read label, weigh and manoeuvre until you draw from a surface for portion sizes and use some adjectives sense and stay away from pizza, tacos, burgers and adjectives that unwanted items. Good luck.
