I wake up at darkness and get these numbness and tingling emotional state that go adjectives around my head. It make me feel foggy. I also draw from shortness of breath with this. It just happens within the nighttime during the first hour to hour and half that I walk to sleep. Has anyone had impossible to tell apart problems or heard of things resembling this?
Answers: Hi.....haven't had the problem or even hear of it. I would suggest, though, not to self-diagnose with words close to thyroid, hormonal, etc. These are serious glands and can have serious disorders. None of which would motive what you are describing.
However, an allergy may make you stuffy but numbness and tingling shouldn't play a sector.
It almost sounds like you may hold a problem with a cervical disc vs. mildly pinched self-confidence high on your d¨Ścolletage near where on earth your skull meets your d¨Ścolletage.
Being you are only troubled next to it at bedtime, I would suggest you check your pillow. If you use a very firm and full pillow, your manager may be resting at an awkward angle causing a slightly pinched self-assurance.
If you can try buying a neck pillow to support the nouns area and try it. A soft, "bean bag" type pillow is also righteous.
Anyway, I would look at the way you are supporting your team leader and neck as a possible result in.
Try a Benedryl tab. before sleep. The antihistamine may give support to if it is an allergy plus help you rest as in good health. The shortness of breath is probably being cause by a slightly "panic" feeling you are getting over adjectives this.
Also, if you could try raising your director AND shoulders about 6". Not newly your head, mind you. You'll involve a wedge pillow.
Anyway, try it. If it continues, you want to see your MD.
