I have to move about to MEPS in 9 days and I freshly found that my systolic blood pressure is too high and might result in me to not be accepted into the military. I am 5'11" and 201 lbs and my blood pressure is 146/82. How can I bring back my systolic low enough (140 i believe) to produce it through MEPS?
