Well, first protopic is not for rosacea, is for Seborrheic dermatitis, that look approaching rosacea. You should help yourself to metronidazole (Metrocream, Metrogel, Noritate). Another prescription medication is azelaic sharp (Azelex, Finacea), which reduce reddishness and inflammation. Talk to your doctor give or take a few it. moral luck
