7 year prehistoric grandson have flesh colored mole on bottom of earlobe near pelt growing out of it. Is this dangerous

The mole is flesh colored so you can only just see it, but it's just about the size of a pea, flat surrounded by shape, but it have long hair growing out of it. His quill is white blond and so is the tresses coming out of the mole. I don't know if the doctor have even notice it since. I'm his Nana and I freshly notice it today. Its on the bottom of the ear close to his obverse and curls so the down contained by the mole merely seem to blend within near his tresses. The fleece is soft.
Should I be concerned nearly this?
