What is your breakfeast ? And your lunch ? And your dinner ?



Answers:
Breakfast 1 pkt instant oatmeal, small liquid. Lunch sandwich and small salad. Dinner chicken, a touch rice or potato, veggies. Sometimes for a moment sugar free Jello. My sugar is usually greatly capably controled unless I'm sick.
Breakfast I'm still trying to find breakfast foods that won't spike my sugar. For lunch, tuna fish salad is working great for me, it can drop my gl by as much as 100 points. Dinner, lots of veggies, more fish, really little meat. after dinner, a honest 30 min. waddle.
eh...I'm gonna seize a few thumbs down for this one.

breakfast: anything I want- usually OJ and a poptart or muffin...AND thats singular 5 days a week..weekends i receive up too slow:)

lunch: doesn`t matter what I want

dinner: doesn`t matter what I want!!

the total number of carbs for a daytime usually stays around 15.

I believe that a type 1 can drink vitally anything they want as long as they keep watch on their blood sugar...10 years ago that thought would diverge...
